How To Unlock Infinite Axe Throw Distance In God Of War

God Of War Throw

There is a limited distance you can throw your axe in God of War. You can increase this distance significantly to the point that it is pretty much infinite.

In this God of War guide, we are going to walk you through how you can unlock infinite axe throw distance in the game.

Unlocking Infinite Axe Throw Distance In God Of War

While you can increase the distance you can throw your axe in God of War, you cannot do this early on in the game. In order to unlock the ability, you need to defeat the 8 Valkyries in the game.

This is no easy task as these are the most difficult bosses that you will encounter in the game. Luckily, they are optional and you can skip them all.

Once you have defeated all the 8 valkyries, you need to head to the council of valkyries and put their heads on the thrones.

Interact with the orb-like object in the middle of the council of Valkyries to summon the Valkyrie queen.

She is the hardest boss in the game and combines the abilities of all the Valkyries that you have defeated so far. We recommend getting decent gear and leveling up your axe and blades in order to deal the most damage.

Once you defeat the Valkryie queen, you will get an axe pommel that will increase the intensity of your axe throw and recall.

Not only will your axe throws deal more damage but you will be able to throw your axe much further than before.

This is how you can unlock infinite axe throw distance in God of War. If you are interested in learning more about the game then you can check out our guide on how you can get the Zeus armor set.
