The Zeus armor set is one of the best in the game as it increases the damage of your normal attacks.
This effect becomes greater as you get more pieces of the armor. On the downside, the damage taken is increased as well.
So you need to avoid getting hit. So, while you deal more damage to enemies, they deal more damage to you too.
Getting The Zeus Armor Set In God Of War

In order to get the armor, you need to complete the game once and then start the new game plus mode.
It will not be available in your first playthrough. The Zeus armor set is divided into Cuirass of Zeus, Gauntlets of Zeus and War Belt of Zeus.
You can get Cuirass of Zeus by defeating the Valkyrie Sigrun in Midgard.
The Gauntlets of Zeus can be obtained by defeating Gondul in Muspelheim. Finally, the War Belt of Zeus can be obtained by beating Hildr in Niflheim.
Sigrun is the Valkyrie queen, so you need to defeat all of the valkyries in order to beat her.
Valkyries in God of War are the most difficult enemies in the game that is why I have linked guides on how you can beat them above. You will need to grind a fair bit and master combat in order to beat these enemies.
Once you have the armor set, you can upgrade the pieces twice in order to improve their stats.
To upgrade all the pieces to the max you will need 703,500 Hacksilver and 128 Skap Slag. The Cuirass of Zeus is the most expensive item in the set when it comes to upgrades.
Skap Slag will become available once you have completed your first playthrough of the game and have started the new game plus mode.
You can get it by opening red caskets, reaching milestones, closing realm tears, and completing the Trials of Muspelheim.
