Days Gone Crater Lake Region includes 20 South Oregon Crier Infestation Nests you must destroy in order to get 100% completion in the video game developed by Bend Studio for PlayStation 4.
Crater Lake Crier Infestation Nests Map
All Days Gone Crater Lake Crier Infestation Nests Locations can be revealed by conquering the Ambush Camps in this area, or if you prefer, you can use our map to find them faster.
Specifically, you’ll have to unlock the Spruce Lake and Cascade Lakes Railway Ambush Camps.
Besides the fact that these Crier Nests will help you get additional XP, you’ll be able to freely explore the area, without being interrupted by the infested Criers.
The South Oregon Crier Infestation Nests are part of the Infestation Exterminator Storyline, just like the Freakers Infestations.
Our map above reveals the locations of all Days Gone Crier Nests in the region known as Crater Lake; while the text guide below follows the same order as the one on the map; explaining how to get rid of them.
Crier Infestation Nests 1 & 2
The first two nests on our map above are located west of Wizard Island, on the main road as you can see in the picture.
There are actually 5 Days Gone Crier Nests you need to burn at this location. Two are on the left side of the road and three on the right side.
Use Incendiary Bolts to burn all of them then move to the next location.
Crier Infestation Nests 3 & 4
The next two Days Gone Crater Lake Crier Nests on our map are found just north of Spruce Lake Ambush Camp.
As you can see in the picture, 1 nest is found on the utility pole by the road, and four of them are in a pine.
Again, the Incendiary Bolts are your best choice in burning them down.
Crier Infestation Nests 5 & 6
Once you clear the previous nests, move east and you’ll find more of them at the third location on our map.
These nests are close to one of the Crater Lake Nero Research Sites, and as you can see they are also close to the main road.
One nest can be found in the utility pole on the right side of the road, and five on top of the pine. If you run out of Incendiary Bolts, you can use Molotov Cocktails to burn them down.
Crier Infestation Nests 7 & 8
The last 2 Crier Nests in Crater Lake are located east from the previous location.
One of them is on a utility pole, and three are in a pine right behind the pole. If you use a Molotov Cocktail and aim at the nest on top of the pine you can burn all three at the same time.
After you finish dealing with these nests, focus on completing the Rimview Ranch and Tumblebug River Infestations.
