Outfit Hunting Party is another Theater Project related to the story in Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 the latest videogame developed by Massive Entertainment for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
In order to complete the Outfit Hunting Party Project in The Division 2, you’ll need to complete three objectives; very similar to those from the Salvager Crew Project.

Division 2 Outfit Hunting Party Project Guide
To successfully complete this Division 2 project follow these steps.
Donate Steel
Get the Steel by dismantling items, or by killing True Sons Faction members.
You can also purchase Steel from the Ubisoft Club Store or find it in various containers.
Donate Chest Armor
Purchase Chest Armor from any shop or find it in containers. Some enemies also drop Chest Armors.
Alternatively, you can opt to craft Chest Armors at the Workbench, assuming you have enough Crafting Materials.
Neutralize Hostile Activity
Neutralize Hostile Activity in Downtown East. Simply complete a side activity such as Propaganda Broadcast, Public Execution, or Territory Control.
Any side-activity conducted by the enemies will count towards this objective.
You can attempt to complete one while exploring the area looking for the Downtown East SHD Tech Caches.
Finalizing the Project
After you complete all objectives, access the Project Tab in the game’s menu and donate the Chest Armor and the Steel.
To collect your rewards Fast Travel to the Project Manager at the Theater Settlement.
