God Of War Dragons Guide: How To Find And Free Them All

Other than the dragon in the main storyline, there are three others that you can find. Freeing these dragons will grant you the Dragon Tears that you need to get the best gear in the game. In this God of War guide, we are going to walk you through where you can find all the dragons and how you can free them.

Where To Find All Dragons In God Of War

The following are all the dragons in God of War and where you can find them:

Fafnir

You can encounter the dragon during the favor called Flight of Fafnir. You can find the dragon on Shores of Nine which is northeast of the Lake of Nine in Midgard. To get to the dragon, you need to unlock the shock arrows for Atreus. This will allow you to use the red crystals and clear the path forward. Proceed forward and you will find a large door with the dragon on the other side.

Reginn

You can encounter the dragon during the favor called Fire of Reginn. You can find this dragon in Konunsgard, located northwest of the Lake of Nine in Midgard. You will fast travel here as part of a favor from one of the dwarves. You can find the dragon north of the temple you need 3 stone fragments to access. 

Otr

You can encounter the dragon during the favor called Otr’s Imprisonment. This dragon can be found on Veithurgard, east of the Lake of Nine in Midgard. You will travel here as part of a favor to a spirit. You will find the dragon south-eastern of the area in front of the statue of Thor.
