At the end of the day, the guns in Apex Legends are only as good as the attachments that you have on them. In this guide, we are going to go over all the attachments in the game.
Apex Legends Attachments
The following is what you need to know about all the different kinds of attachments in Apex Legends:
Barrel Stabilizer Attachments
Barrel Stabilizers reduce the recoil of your gun. A common one will reduce recoil slightly. The rare one will reduce the recoil moderately and the epic variant will reduce recoil significantly.
Extended Magazines (Energy, Light And Heavy)
Extended Magazines increase the ammo capacity of your gun. The common variant will do just that but the rare extended mag will increase your ammo capacity moderately and slightly increase reload speed as well.
The epic version will not only increase your ammo capacity significantly but will increase your reload speed slightly as well.
Shotgun Bolt
The common variant will increase the fire rate slightly while the rare version will increase the firing rate moderately. The Epic variant will increase the fire rate significantly.
Standard Stock
The common version will increase handling slightly and reduce aim drift slightly as well. The rare version will increase handling moderately while reducing aim drive moderately as well. The epic version will increase handling and decrease aim drift significantly.
Sniper Stock
The common variant will increase handling slightly. The rare version will increase handling moderately and the epic variant will increase handling significantly.
Hop-Up Attachments
These are unique to only a couple of weapons. The following are the details of these attachments that you should know about:

Common Optic Attachments
These include the 1x HCOG (Classic) and 1x Holo. These increase vision when aiming down sight. Both of these scopes can be used on any weapon and are ideal for close-range shooting.
Rare Optic Attachments
These include the 2x HCOG (Bruiser) and 1x-2x Variable Holo. Both of these scopes work with all weapons and are close range scopes.
Epic Optic Attachments
These include the 3x HCOG (Ranger), 2x-4x Variable AOG, 4x-8x Variable Sniper and 6x Sniper. While the 3x HCOG (Ranger) works with all weapons, the 2x-4x Variable AOG works with Snipers, LMGs, ARs and SMGs. The 4x-8x Variable Sniper and 6x Sniper can only be used with snipers.
Legendary Optic Attachments
These include Digital Threat and 4x-10x Digital Sniper Threat. Digital Threat works with shotguns, SMGs and pistols. The 4x-10x Digital Sniper Threat can only be used with snipers. Digital Threat highlights enemies when aiming. 4x-10x Digital Sniper Threat has a digital zoom and also highlights enemies.
