Hunting Tips

Besides the fact that it’s a massive animal, the Grizzly Bear, unlike the American Alligator is a fast mammal. When hunting for a Grizzly Bear in Red Dead Redemption 2, make sure you keep a safe distance.

Furthermore, headshots are recommended especially if you use a scoped rifle.  If you aim for the head, you’ll most likely get a perfect kill and you’ll be able to put the animal down before being noticed.

Assuming you encounter difficulties in finding a Grizzly Bear in the locations marked on our map, you should opt for a Predator Bait or Herbivore Bait to attract the animal.
