At the foot of the high wall
You need to head towards the Dilapidated Bridge bonfire. Go through the arches to the area where you are attacked with spears. You will find a corpse holding the shard to the right of the white tree.
Cathedral of the deep
After you have gone through the graveyard, cross the narrow bridge and turn right. You need to drop down to the area on the right. You will find another white tree here with a shard nearby.
Farron Keep
This shard is located inside the tower which is closest to the door that you need to open by extinguishing three fires.
Catacombs of Carthus
To find this bone shard, you need to outrun the first ball of bones down the stairs. Go through the arch. When it hits the wall it will break and another shard will drop. You can pick it up.
Irithyll of the Boreal Valley
Start from the Church of Yorshka bonfire. From here head down the small flight of steps and follow graveyard round to the right side. The shard is next to the large tombstone at the end.
Profaned Capital
This shard can be found on the corpse right next to the Profaned Capital bonfire. This one is pretty hard to miss.
Grand Archives
Made your way across the rooftops and you will come by a gargoyle. Beat him and go to the left side instead of dropping down. This is where you will encounter yet another gargoyle. You need to beat this one as well. Once you have done that, you will find a window nearby. You can enter this window and find the shard inside.
Smouldering Lake
In this area, you can find not one but two bone shards. The first one you can get after beating the large worm. To find the other one, you need to head down the stairs from the Archdemon’s Antechamber bonfire. Pass through the next two rooms. Turn right at the junction. Go to the far left of the area with the fire demons.
Lothric Castle
Start from the Dragon Barracks bonfire and head to the stone bridge where the dragons ducked it out. Drop into the stone ditch below and you will find this shard under the bridge.
