A Grazer looks similar to what you would call a Deer. It is a machine so it has canisters and other parts to power it and gives it that distinctive look.
How To Kill A Grazer In Horizon Zero Dawn
The body of the Grazer is not weak against anything but it is not strong against any particular element either. So you can use pretty much anything on the body but that is not the best way of killing a Grazer. The best way would be to use stealth. Sneak up to the Grazer and use your silent strike ability in order to take it out quickly. If you have not upgraded the skill then you might not be able to take it out in a single blow.
The Grazer has Blaze canisters on its back. Shoot them with Fire arrows in order to make them explode and deal high amounts of damage. You can also use tear arrows in order to remove them which will allow you to pick them up.
Other than that, the Grazer also has Rotor Blades on its head. These are weak to Tear damage. Use tear arrows in order to remove them and the machine will not be able to use them against you.
The machine can charge at you but you can avoid this attack by dodging and moving out of the way. It can also use its front and hind legs to kick you. It can also use the Blades on its head to stab you but you can remove the blades with the tear arrows in order to disable them.
