When the quest starts, you will see that Kratos and Atreus will be climbing a wall until they reach the new Helheim Landing area. From here, you will have to climb to the top of the tower. This is the place where you will encounter a frost Draugr. Simply defeat him and then proceed to destroy some nearby vines. If you want some Hacksilver, then you can to the corner to open a chest.

Kratos and Atreus climbing the wall at the beginning of the quest

Once you defeat the frost Draugr and cut down the vines, a gate will open. Head through the gate to cross a bridge, where you will encounter some Nightmares and Draugr. After you defeat them, head to the gate located at the end of the bridge where a vision will trigger. You will then have to climb down the tower by using the hooks in the wall. At the bottom, there will be a puzzle that you will need to solve before you can proceed further.

How to Solve the Puzzle?

The puzzle will require you to use Winds of Hel energy. Simply place the energy source into the orb located on the left side of the door and then freeze the circle on the left side to keep it in place. Now, you will have to transfer the Winds of Hel energy to the other side of the door through which you will be able to open the door. After you successfully open a door, you will have to take down a really powerful Draugr.

Although taking down this Draugr will be a little time consuming, you will still get rewarded with a Chaos Flame for defeating it. For those who don’t know, the Chaos Flame can be used to upgrade the Blades of Chaos through the shop. Once you’re done with defeating the monster, you will have to open the gate and then destroy some more vines. Another frost Draugr will appear in this place.

You will then come across a block of stone that you will have to push forward until it reaches the end. Afterward, you go further, you will come at a place where you will have to climb around Baldur. Keep on climbing all the way around the are until you drop down to an arena. This arena will be filled with frost Draugr and nightmares, so you will need to be prepared.

Keep on fighting the monsters until you defeat all of them. Once done, head towards the giant stone and push it to the end of the arena. This will allow you to create a bridge over to a new section. If you want to open a Nornir chest located in the arena, then you will need to pull back the stone all the way back to the right.

How To Get All Three Seal Jears

You will be able to see the first seal jar on the right after you climb a ledge, and the second seal jar will be located exactly where the large stone was originally present. As for the third and final seal jar, it can be found inside the stone you have been moving around. Once you have acquired all three seal jars, go to the chest and open it. The chest will provide you with the Horn of Blood Mead.

After you are done with opening the chest, head back to the area of the frost Draugr. From here, rise up a fallen stone pillar so that you can reach a ship. Once you’re onboard the ship, use your Blades of Chaos to destroy all the vines you find until you reach the back. You will then have to use a wheel to raise the sails.

What to Do When Your Ship Gets Stuck

There will come a time when your ship will get stuck, and you will need to get to the front of the ship to free it. After the ship gets stuck for the second time, you will need to get off from it from the right side.

From here, you will need to continue your journey straight until you reach the middle of the area. You will have to hit the yellow block of wood to raise the platform. Keep on hitting it until the platform is at the top. Afterward, use your Leviathan Axe to freeze the platform in place.

Once the platform is at the top and is stuck at its position, you will be able to get to a ledge through it. Afterward, you will be able to drop down onto the ship. With the help of Atreus, you will be able to move the ship away from the stone ledge, something which will free it again. As you proceed further, you will come across plenty of frost Draugr.

The Final Stage

While you’re busy defeating the frost Draugr, a hook will attack the side of the ship. You will have to go to it to push it off. Afterward, you will enter the final stage of the quest where you will have to take down an Ogre. Once you’re done with defeating it, you and Atreus will reach Bifrost.
