As these are medical supplies, you’ll usually find them inside ambulances and medical tents. A large number of Sterilizers can also be found in the bathrooms of abandoned houses.
Additionally, you’ll have better chances of finding at least one Sterilizer inside Nero Checkpoints, so make sure you strategically explore them.
Furthermore, you should know that the Sterilizers in Days Gone, respawn; meaning that once you find one if you revisit the same location after some time, you’ll most likely be able to find another Sterilizer.

This material is needed to craft healing items; which also require other ingredients. Once you have all the materials in your inventory follow these steps:
- Hold L1 to access the Survival Wheel
- While keeping L1 pulled, move R3 to access the Medical Category
- Keep L1 pulled and tilt R3 to select the item you wish to craft
- Press R1 to craft a unit
