The Mortal Kombat 11 Reveal Event just reminded us that 2019 is going to be a great year for gaming, while the MK11 story trailer above is definitely the best proof that we have many great titles we need to keep an eye on.

After announcing the official Mortal Kombat 11 cover art, Ed Boon showed us what to actually expect from the upcoming fighting game he is working on.
Just to name some of the surprises, Baraka is returning. And he looks better than ever!
Furthermore, Ronda Rousey, the UFC champion will be voicing the one and only Sonya Blade. Alongside Sub-Zero, Sonya Blade is one of the eight confirmed characters at today’s event.
The Mortal Kombat 11 prologue story also shows Dark Raiden and Shinnok who is eventually killed by the Thunder God.
As the trailer reveals, Raiden has “upset the balance of history”; therefore, Kronika, who is a newly introduced character; is here to set things right.
Kronika’s main ability is to stop the time as you can see at 3:50 when Shinnok’s blood stops. Kronika’s servant is Geras who was also announced today.
