Borderlands 3 free-for-all Dueling Mode Announced

Borderlands 3 Dueling Mode

There is a lot of hype around Borderlands 3 and as we get close to release Gearbox has started announcing new features of the game. The developer has announced a new free-for-all-like dueling mode in Borderlands 3. In this mode, 4 vault hunters will face off against one another in a free-for-all classic style match to see who comes out on top.

Borderlands is all about mayhem with friends so the new mode is very interesting indeed. It will be interesting to play the dueling mode once Borderlands 3 is out. Here is what Gearbox had to say about the new game mode:

Oh, and once you’re in a group, if you and your vault-hunting buddies need to settle a dispute or are just curious what it feels like to be on the receiving end of each other’s weapons and abilities, the new Free-for-all Dueling feature allows for opt-in 1v1v1v1 multiplayer battles.

This is not a battle royale mode but it is nice to see that the upcoming game will have different modes for players to check out. There is not much that we know about the new mode so stay tuned for more information about it.

What we can tell you is that the main campaign is going to be around 30 hours long but that will depend on how you play the game. If you are interested in grinding for different weapons or going through the side quests then you will be enjoying the game for far longer than 30 hours. Like the previous games, Borderlands 3 is expected to have plenty of action and content to keep the players busy.

Borderlands 3 will be available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC when it releases on September 13. The game will also be playable on Google Stadia later this year. So you will be able to stream it to pretty much any screen if you have the Founder’s Edition.

Let us know what you think about the new duel mode coming to Borderlands 3 and whether or not you are interested in playing the game when it comes out.
