Cyberpunk 2077 In-game Content Will Be The Same For All Players

Cyberpunk 2077 In-game Content

Cyberpunk 2077 in-game content is going to be the same for players. CDPR confirmed that whether you pre-order the game or buy it two years down the line. Every player will have access to the same in-game content.

Offering pre-order bonuses is a common practice in the gaming industry and this gets developers sales before the game is actually out. Whether this practice is ethical or not is a debate but it is nice to see that CDPR is not following the industry trends and all the people that buy Cyberpunk 2077 will have the same in-game content.

The developer has confirmed that there will be religious factions in the game, even if some people do not like this idea. I think it is great that CDPR is staying true to the game and not changing elements to please people.

Cyberpunk 2077 In-game Content

Here is what a spokesperson had to say regarding the matter:

We will not avoid any subject, even if they may offend the sensitivity of some. Our vision of Cyberpunk is not to describe an alternative world but a continuity of our world. Some things will look like our current reality. For example, Christianity is present in the game and will even have a faction.

Cyberpunk 2077 has dynamic weather and CDPR is exploring different things when it comes to the weather system. Night City will have acid rain and we will also see other effects of global warming. NPCs in the game will react to the weather accordingly. This is very interesting indeed and I for one would like to see what the AI does in different situations.

We know that the game has a day and night cycle. The different people that you see on the streets are actually doing something and are not there for the sake of populating the world. It will be interesting to see how the NPCs go about living their lives in Night City. CDPR has also confirmed that the game will have a very rewarding ending.

Let us know what you think about CDPR not giving pre-order bonuses for Cyberpunk 2077 and all players getting the same in-game content.
