A while back, before Anthem’s release, Electronic Arts revealed the game’s system requirements, sparking interest among the gaming community.
After its official announcement at E3 2018, PC gamers eagerly awaited to find out the system requirements to run Anthem.
For those who haven’t checked yet, here are the minimum and recommended specs your PC needed to run BioWare’s action role-playing game, Anthem.
If you are one of those who played the Closed Alpha in December last year, then you can notice that there are no major changes.
This means that if your PC handled the game in Closed Alpha, you won’t have any problems running the final version.
Prior to its release, many players gauged their system’s compatibility with the game through Anthem’s Open Beta and VIP Demo.While the latter is somehow exclusive to those who pre-order the game; the Anthem Open Beta has no special requirements; meaning that anyone can test the game.
EA had provided a schedule for the Anthem VIP Demo and Open Beta leading up to the game’s launch.
Moving on to the system requirements for Anthem, here is what configurations EA recommends:

- GPU RAM: 4 GB
- HDD: 50 GB or more
- DIRECTX: 11
While it was challenging to predict how Anthem would perform on different systems, the Open Beta gave players an opportunity to test its performance before its official release.
