To finish this Division 2 Campus Project follow these steps as they are mandatory.

Donate Titanium

Get the Titanium from the Outcasts Faction gang members you kill. You can also find Titanium in various containers, or you can buy it from Ubisoft Store as part of the Specialized Materials Pack.

The Specialized Materials Pack costs 20 Club Points and it includes 15 Titanium, as well as 15 Electronics and 15 Carbon Fiber.

Donate Gloves

Purchase Gloves from any shop or find them in containers. Some enemies also drop them, or you can get Gloves by crafting them.

Complete Activities in West End

These can also be main missions or side-missions.

Taking Control Points, disrupting Propaganda Broadcasts, interrupting Public Executions, or participating in Territory Control events also counts.

Keep in mind that all activities must be in the West End area.

While working on this objective you should also collect the West End SHD Tech Caches.

Finalizing the Project

Once you finish all objectives, access the Project Tab in the game’s menu and donate the Gloves and Titanium.

Now just Fast Travel to the Project Manager at the Campus Settlement and collect your rewards.
