The Division 2 Liberty Guide: How To Get The Exotic Pistol

The Division 2 Liberty

Liberty is one of the must-have exotic weapons in The Division 2 due to its impressive holster talent. In this guide, we are going to go over how you can get this weapon.

Liberty has 8 bullets in a magazine and a fire rate of 150 RPM. The weapon deals 30K damage per shot which is very high keeping in mind that this is a pistol. It takes less than 2 seconds to reload and can land critical shots to enemies up to 30 meters away.

The Liberty talent of the weapon increases damage to hostile electronics by 100%. While aiming, enemy weak points and hostile electronics will be highlighted.

Blind Justice allows your gun to deal +500% weapon damage after destroying an enemy weak point or hostile electronic. This only applies to the very next bullet. If the shot kills an enemy your magazine refills and grants +100% weapon damage.

Independence is the holstered talent of the weapon. This allows you to refill 20% of the magazine of your current weapon when you destroy weak points.

How To Get Liberty Exotic Pistol In Division 2

Now that we have gone over all the talents and the stats of the weapon, we can talk about how you can get it in the game. Let me tell you that getting this weapon is not easy. First, you need to have the base weapon which is the High-end D50. This drops randomly so be sure not to dismantle it. You can find it at the end of the invaded Potomac Event Center mission.

Apart from this, the first part that you are going to need for Liberty can be obtained from the story. Killing Kendra Nelson at the end of the Capitol Building level 30 stronghold will drop the part called Pistol: Trigger & Mechanism. You will have to complete this mission if you have not done so already.

You can get Pistol: Receiver & Paint Job from Captain Briggs at the end of the American History Museum in East Mall on Hard difficulty. Other than that, you can get  Pistol: Sight & Rail from Staff Sergeant Carl at the end of the Viewpoint Museum mission on Hard.

The last part is called Pistol: Grip & Tags. You can get this from Master Sergeant Steve “Junior” Quiroz along with Kendra’s Liberty Blueprint at the end of Space Administration HQ on hard difficulty.

Once you have everything, you will be able to craft the weapon. That is all that you need to know about obtaining Liberty in The Division 2. If you are interested in learning more about exotic weapons then you can check out our guide on how you can get the Merciless exotic rifle.
