How To Farm SHD Tech In The Division 2
SHD Tech comes from the Strategic Homeland Division. You can farm them in different ways. The following are the different ways of getting this resource in the game:
- Leveling up
- Completing story missions
- Discovering SHD Tech in the game’s open-world
- Finishing SHD-specific side missions
As you complete quests and story missions you will gain experience and level up your character. Each time you level up you will get a single SHD Tech. This makes this the slowest method of farming the resource in the game. You should not rely on this approach and should consider the SHD Tech you get from leveling an added bonus.
SHD Tech Caches
Once you have unlocked the first safe house in the game, you will be able to see locations of SHD Tech caches in the surrounding district. These are hidden down alleyways and side streets. You can easily tag the SHD Tech cache on the map and the GPS tracker will take you to it.
While some are out in the open, others can be near enemies. So you might have to fight for them. Some can be locked behind fences. You can easily shoot the big yellow lock in order to gain access.
SHD Side Mission
The best way of farming SHD tech is to do the SHD side missions. You will get plenty of SHD Tech from these missions. It is also great for leveling up as you have to deal with plenty of enemies. Multiple side missions can get you a massive chunk of Shade Tech at once. This is the fastest method of getting SHD Tech in The Division 2 and the method we recommend you use.
