Tom Clancy’s The Division 2: Constitution Hall SHD Tech Caches Locations

Six SHD Tech Caches must be retrieved from the Constitution Hall area of Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, the videogame developed by Massive Entertainment for PS4Xbox One, and PC.

The Division 2 Constitution Hall SHD Tech Caches include SHD Tech Points that allow you to unlock new Perks and to upgrade your agent’s Skills at the White House.

Even if you can collect them in any order, we suggest going after them once you find those available in Downtown West, Judiciary Square, and Foggy Bottom.

The SHD Tech Caches in Constitution Hall can be revealed on your map by unlocking The Archive Safe House and at least 4 of them are required for the Constitution Hall Liberation Project.

SHD Tech Cache 1

The first Constitution Hall SHD Tech Cache on our Division 2 map is sitting on a balcony. It can be quite tricky to get if you don’t pay attention to the environment.

Go around the large house marked on our map and look for a small window with a yellow cover on it.

Get inside then navigate through the mansion until you reach the upper balcony. The cache is on the left side as you exit on the balcony, near the ventilation system.

The second Division 2 Constitution Hall SHD Tech Cache is sitting on top of a construction structure. This one can also be hard to get if you don’t know how to get up there.

Make sure that once you reach the location on our map, you walk north along 18th St SW. Keep your eye on the left side of the street and you should be able to see a small cover placed on a balcony.

Use it to get up, then retrace your steps to the location of the cache and work your way up on the structure to get it.

The third cache is inside a room in an underground storage area. When you arrive at the location on our map, look for a tennis field and nearby you’ll see a tunnel leading to the underground.

Simply follow your tracker and it will take you to the cache. If you can’t get inside shoot the padlock on the door.

In the same room with the cache, you’ll also find an Outcasts Cache.

SHD Tech Cache 4

The next Constitution Hall Division 2 SHD Tech Cache sits outside in an enclosed area.

Look around for a red ladder, and use it to reach the upper roof.

Now, shoot the padlock on the gate you see on the other side of the roof; then head inside the office through the window on the left.

Turn right and on the other side of the office, you’ll see another window which can be used to get outside, on the roof but in the area behind the fence.

Now, simply drop in the enclosure where the cache is located.

SHD Tech Cache 5

Another tricky SHD Tech Cache is the fifth we have marked above.

Inside a back alley, this one seems impossible to get; however if you move west from its location, on another back alley you’ll find a ladder which allows you to enter a building.

From there, you’ll have to follow the stairs up, then exit through a window and cross a wooden plank. From the next building, you should be able to drop inside the courtyard where the cache is found.

Look for it in another back-alley, by a garbage can, as pictured below.
