Hightower Location
Hightower is located north-east of Rusty Bank and west of Parker’s Vault. You can see this loot location on the map below.

After you get all Duct Tape Stashes at Hightower, the location is marked as completed.
Make sure you look around and inspect every inch of the tower because there are additional goodies to be found.
On top of the tower, you should find the Rank 1 SVD Sniper Rifle, and a small box containing Copper and Black Powder.
Some Gears and another box with more Copper can be found on the lower levels of the tower.
