Should You Let Trygve Burn Himself Alive In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Trygve

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla gives you plenty of choices. These choices can have lasting impact on the game and can even lead to other decisions that you might need to make. One of the choices that you need to make is whether or not you should let Trygve burn himself alive. In this Assassin’s Creed Valhalla guide, we are going to over the choice concerning Trygve and the funeral and what effects your choice is going to have.

Let Trygve Burn Or Live In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

This choice is going to present itself as part of the Under The Skin quest. You will need to talk to Sunniva to start the quest. Once you do that you will learn that Trygve plans on following Hemming and wants to burn himself at the pyre during the funeral. You must help then decide.

You can either let him burn at the funeral or keep him alive. If you let him burn then you can pick the next Jarl. If you keep him alive then you will not be able to do so. If you are interested in picking the next Jarl then you can let Trygve burn himself alive at the funeral but that is going to be a pretty horrible sight.

After you have made your choice and the decision has been made you will need to follow Sunniva to a cave and clear it. Beat all the invaders and get out of the cave from the other side along with Vili. Once you have done that you can talk to him about the older days when they fought together.

This is what happens if you let Trygve burn himself at the funeral or keep him alive during the Under The Skin quest in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. If you are interested in learning more about the game then you can check out our guide on how you can unlock abilities in the game.
