At the wedding, there are a couple of optional characters that you can interact with and side activities as part of the festivities. Head over to the table that has food for the guests. This will start the conversation with Broder.
During this conversation, Broder is going to flirt with you. You can choose the dialogue option that is marked with a heart icon. Confirm that you want to go to a more private location and you will get a kissing scene. After the deed is done you can head back to the wedding and progress the mission.
