The Major Others are the bosses in Scarlet Nexus. Naji Karman is one of the Major Other who appears in the 9th phase of the game. The boss has high DPS and can lock you in combos. How to Beat Nagi Karman in Scarlet Nexus
The boss fight is divided into two phases. Ensure that you constantly heal yourself and your teammates as you will not get a chance to revive.
Phase 1
In the first phase of the fight with Nagi, you will have to close the gap. Nagi mostly has long-range attacks that you will need to dodge. He throws wind chakrams at you that are easier to dodge at first. However, as the fight proceeds, Nagi starts using this attack more often and in succession. Whenever Nagi is at long range, you can use Psychokinesis to throw items at the boss to interrupt his attacks.
You have to remember that even though fighting at long range is disadvantageous to you, you can not stay close all the time. This is because the boss can start his combo that does serious damage to you. Once you get close to the boss, use your abilities along with Hanabi’s Pyrokinesis for the burning effect. Luka’s Teleportation is very important in scenarios where you want to dodge or get in close.
Throughout the fight, Nagi will cause a mist to appear that will block your vision. To avoid this, you will have to use Tsugumi’s Clairvoyance. While the mist is active, Nagi will throw chakrams at you from afar. Locate him and stop him so that this attack ends.
Phase 2
After a cutscene, the second phase will begin. In this phase, Nagi will power up and start to summon slow-moving tornadoes at you. He will charge at you, and dodging this is more important than dodging the tornadoes. Dodging this will give you a chance to counterattack. When he reaches half HP, he will make a Brain Field where he will use his mist, tornadoes, and chakram all at the same time.
This part is the hardest point in the fight, and you will not receive any moment to attack him in his field. Avoid the chakrams at all costs as they hit in a pack and do great damage. He will soon spawn a bigger tornado while throwing chakrams at you. Manage to get close to him so that you can deal damage and lower his crush gauge. You can use your Brain Crush when prompted.
