Scarlet Nexus is an action RPG game where you have to use Telekinesis powers to save the world from aliens. The combat and gameplay are engaging and hectic. You will have to use your characters to defeat the enemies. When it comes to your main character or protagonist, then the game gives you a choice. Should You Choose Kasane or Yuito in Scarlet Nexus?
Kasane and Yuito will be your choices to choose from. You can pick only one, and you will have to stick with that character for the entire game. Several things are affected by picking one or the other. As far as the story is concerned, choosing a character does not matter much. You will constantly see the other character which you did not pick throughout the game, in critical points in the story. At the start of the game, you get a party full of different members. This is also affected by your character selection, as you will get a different party with each character.
If you want to try out both the characters, you will have to do two playthroughs. Picking a character depends on your playstyle. Kasane is a character whose kit favors long-range. At the same time, Yuito relies more on close-range combat. Following are Kasane and Yuito’s abilities:
Kasane
Electrokinesis – This makes Kasane’s attack deal electric-based damage.
Duplication – This multiplies her attacks allowing her to deal more hits and damage.
Hypervelocity – This grants Kasane super speed.
Invisibility – Allows Kasane to deal with Critical damage while disappearing from the enemy’s sight.
Yuito
Clairvoyance – Increases dodge and counter-attack chances.
Pyrokinesis – This makes Yuito deal fire-based attacks to his enemies.
Sclerokinesis – This allows Yuito to take decreased damage.
Teleportation – This teleports Yuito a short distance and allows him to attack in succession.
