Shivada Jade Sliver and higher-tier variants of the resource can be earned by beating the cyro hypostasis and cryo regisvine. Once you have the base materials, you can upgrade them to the higher-tier variants at the crafting station if you have dream solvent. Qingxin Flowers can be found in high places in Liyue as especially on mountains and cliffs. Dragonheir’s False Fins can be earned by beating the new boss called Bathysmal Vishap. Whopperflower Nectar and higher-tier variants of the resource can be earned by defeating Whopperflowers that are found in the wild. Once you have the base resource, you can convert them into the higher-tier versions at the crafting station.

Hellfire Butterflies can be earned by beating the weekly boss La Signora. You can only get rewards once a week but if you have other drops from this boss then you can convert them into Hellfire Butterflies at the crafting station. Crown of Insight can be earned by taking part in special events or by leveling the shrine tree in Inazuma.
Shenhe Build
Leveling up the unit and upgrading her talents is not going to be enough. You also need to give her the right artifacts and weapon. The following is the build that we recommend for Shenhe is Genshin Impact.
Best Weapons
Calamity Queller is the best weapon that we can recommend for Shenhe. It has attack has the bonus stat and it increases elemental damage bonus depending on the refinement level. Using your elemental skill increases your attack.
If you are a low spender then we can recommend getting Deathmatch which can be obtained as part of the battle pass. It has crit rate as the bonus stat which is ideal for dealing consistently high damage. If there are 2 or more enemies near you then attack and defense are increased by 16%. If there is a single enemy near you then you get a 24% attack bonus.
Other 4-star weapons that we can recommend include The Catch, Favonius Lance and Lilith Spear.
Best artifacts
We recommend going with 2-pieces of Gladiator’s Finale and 2-pieces of Blizzard Strayer. This is going to increase your attack by 18% and cryo damage by 15%. If you want to do more damage and go with a freeze composition then you can go with 4-pieces of the Blizzard Strayer set. We recommend getting cryo damage on the cup and crit rate or crit damage on the hat.
