Ascension And Talent Materials You Need To Max Level Sayu In Genshin Impact
The following are the materials that you need to upgrade each of Sayu’s talents and ascend her to level 90 in Genshin Impact:
Ascension Materials
To level up Sayu to 90, you are going to need the following materials:
- 1x Vayuda Turquoise Sliver
- 9x Vayuda Turquoise Fragments
- 9x Vayuda Turquoise Chunks
- 6x Vayuda Turquoise Gemstones
- 46x Maguu Kishins
- 168x Crystal Marrows
- 18x Whopperflower Nectars
- 30x Shimmering Nectars
- 36x Energy Nectars
- 420,000x Mora
Maguu Kishins is a boss drop resource that you can get by beating Maguu Kenki, the samurai boss in Inazuma. Crystal Marrows can be found in the wild in Inazuma and one of the best places to find it is near the Serpent’s Head.
Talent Materials
You will need the following materials to level up each of Sayu’s talents:
- 3x Teachings of Light
- 6x Whopperflower Nectars
- 21x Guides to Light
- 22x Shimmering Nectars
- 38x Philosophies of Light
- 31x Energy Nectars
- 6x Gilded Scales
- 1x Crown of Insight
- 1,652,500x Mora
If you want to know how many resources you are going to need to level up all of her talents to the max, you can multiply these resources by 3. Gilded Scale is one of the resources that you get from beating Azhdaha, one of the world bosses. You can also craft it in exchange for another resource dropped by a world boss. Crown of Insight is exclusive to events. You can earn one from a timed event.
Best Sayu Build
The following are the weapons and artifacts that we recommend for Sayu in Genshin Impact:
Best Weapons
Sayu is small but she is a claymore user. The Wolf’s Gravestone is one of the best options for this unit. The attack stats are great if you are interested in using Sayu as a sub-DPS. Skyward Pride is also a great 5-star weapon that you should use to take advantage of Sayu’s burst ability. Both of these are 5-star weapons so you will already need to have them or wish on the weapons banner when they are re-run.
Sacrificial Greatsword is a great 4-star weapon that gives you a chance to cancel the cooldown on the elemental skill, so you can spam it if need be. If that is not something that you are looking for then we can recommend the Prototype Archaic that does a ton of damage, which is ideal if you are interested in using Sayu as a sub-DPS. This is a craftable weapon, so you can refine it to R5 and unlock the most potential without having to spend any money and wishing on the weapons banner.
Best Artifacts
If you are interested in using Sayu as a healer then you should use the Maiden Beloved set. 2 pieces is going to give you 15% healing effectiveness. When you have 4 pieces on, using an elemental skill or burst is going to increase healing received by all party members by 20% for 10 seconds. Sayu does high healing and these bonuses are going to add to that. To the point that you will hardly die unless you are really trying to.
If you want to use Sayu as a sub-DPS then we can recommend the classic Viridescent Venerer set. 2 pieces are going to increase Anemo damage by 15%. 4 pieces are going to increase Swirl damage by 60%. It is also going to reduce enemy elemental resistance to the element infused by Swirl by 40% for 10 seconds. This makes the set great as you are going to pair Sayu with other characters anyway.
