Best Weapons
The new Thundering Pulse bow is great for Yoimiya and offers a 20% boost attack and the sub-stat is critical damage. It also increases the damage of your normal attacks. This is a 5-star weapon so you will need to wish on the current banner in order to be able to get it.
Skyward Harp is another 5-star weapon that is a great alternative if you have it from previous weapon banners. It increases critical damage by 20%. It also has a 60% chance of creating an AoE attack that deals 125% physical damage.
If you want a budget-friendly option then Rust is a great 4-star bow that you can use on Yoimiya. It increases the damage of the normal attacks by 50% but it also reduces the attack of the charged attacks by 10%. Blackcliff Warbow is also a great 4-star weapon that increases attack by 12% after defeating an enemy.
Best Artifacts
When it comes to the best artifacts for Yoimiya, you can go for the classic 4 piece Crimson Witch Of Flames set build. 2 pieces are going to increase pyro damage by 15%. Having 4 pieces doubles this effect when an elemental skill is used and also gives you a 40% boost to overload and burn damage. Other than that it increases vaporize and melt damage by 15%.
You can also use the new Shimenawa’s Reminiscence set that has been added to Genshin Impact update 2.0. 2 pieces are going to increase attack by 18% and having 4 pieces is going to give you an attack boost to your normal, charged, and plunge attacks when you have 15 energy.
While Crimson Witch Of Flames is the classic way to go with a pyro DPS character, you can make Shimenawa’s Reminiscence work as well. If you do not have good sub-stats then you can mix the two sets and go with 2 piece Crimson Witch Of Flames and 2 piece Shimenawa’s Reminiscence to get increased attack and pyro damage bonus.
