Assassin's Creed Valhalla Legendary Animals

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has legendary animals that you can find and kill. This is similar to Assassin’s Creed Oddysey. In this Assassin’s Creed Valhalla guide, we are going to go over all the legendary animals that you can hunt and where you can find them.

Note: We try our best not to include spoilers in our guides but that is unfortunately not possible at times. This guide does include potential spoilers. If you do not want to spoil the game for yourself then you should not read ahead.

Where To Find Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Legendary Animals

The following are all the legendary animals in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and where you can find them:

Elk of Bloody Peaks (Rygjafylke)

Elk of Bloody Peaks is located in the starting region of Rygjafylke. This is the easiest of the legendary animals that you can hunt in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. You can find it in the southern mountains close to a waterfall.

Black Shulk (East Anglia)

This is a black wolf that you can find in the south-east corner of East Anglia. You will find it when you go past Beodoricsworth. This is one of the easier legendary animals that you can take on early on in the game. Practice your dodges and should be fine.

The Corpse Feeders (Oxenefordscire)

The feeders are three wolves. Each of them has its own health bar and you will need to take them all down. You will find these in Oxenefordscire. The exact location is north-east of Buckingham and west of the synchronization point. We recommend a ranged approach. Be sure to pick up the arrows that you fire and you should be fine.

Gemad Wolf (Lincolnscire)

You can find the Gemad Wolf south of Grimsby. You will find the legendary beast in an arena but it is not going to be alone. When it howls, it will call upon the help of its friends and that is what makes this encounter tricky. You will need some good abilities to take it on. You can check out our abilities guide to learn more about them.

Aelfreds Battle-Sow (Suthsexe)

You can find the legendary animal south-west of Croindene. The exact location is next to Tuicca’s Farm. You might assume that the beast is going to be a pig but that is not the case. It is actually a big bull. We recommend focusing on the mini-boss and getting out once the bull is down.

Beast of the Hills (Sciropescire)

You can find this legendary animal in the middle of Sciropescire. You can find it underground east of The Wrocken and west of Wenlocan Abbey. The entrance is on the side of the hill. You can make your way underground from there. The arena in which you fight the animal is inside so be sure to have plenty of ammo and rations to heal up.

Wildcats of the Wield (Hamtunscire)

You can find the duo of cats in the highest area of Hamtunscire. You should have mastered dodging by now so remember to do that and you should not have a problem.

The Blood Swine (Eurvicscire)

You can find the Blood Swine in the south section of Eurvicscire. The recommended level is high but you can take down the animal at a lower level as long as you keep an eye open and know from where it is charging from.

Steinnbjorn (Jotunheim)

Once you complete the Asgard storyline, you will find the final and most difficult legendary animal in Jotunheim. You can find it north of the synchronization point. The recommended power level for this mini-boss is 400 so you will need to do plenty of grinding in order to be able to take it down. You can check out our guide on how you can get to Asgard in order to start the storyline.

These are all the legendary animals in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and how you can take them down.
