Square Enix recently announced that Shadow of the Tomb Raider will get a new DLC, named The Pillar on December 18th.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider The Pillar DLC is the second in a series of seven included in the game’s Season Pass.

If you didn’t buy the Shadow of the Tomb Raider Season Pass, but want to play this DLC, then you might want to keep an eye on Amazon, as the Season Pass is usually on offer. We saw its price going down to $20 last month.

On the other hand, if you already have the Season Pass for the Shadow of the Tomb Raider; make sure you log in on December 18, 2018, to “discover the truth behind the legend of the Maya apocalypse”.

As you might know, Shadow of the Tomb Raider Season Pass includes seven so-called “Paths”. Each Path released by Square Enix and Eidos Montreal comes with new missions, a new Challenge Tomb, new weapons, outfits and even a new skill for Lara.

Path of the Huracan DLC

The Pillar DLC unlocks the Path of the Huracan. According to Square Enix, it allows you to discover what led to the destruction of the Mayans.

If you’re a Tomb Raider fan, buying the game’s Season Pass is definitely a must; because the second DLC will be followed by five additional Paths.

Assuming you didn’t have the chance to play the latest Tomb Raider video game, you can access a free trial on the game’s official website.

The Shadow of the Tomb Raider free trial is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It gives you access to the first levels of the game; however, your progress carries over if you decide to buy the full game.
