The chance of them dropping the currency is not 100%, so you will have to grind a little. The more enemies and bosses you end up killing, the more the chances you have.
The second way is by leveling up the battle pass track. Go to the main menu and select the Rewards tab there. Here you can see your track of the battle pass and how many Golden Horns you can get. You get some at levels six, 10, 15, 20, 26, 32, 40, and 46. The more you explore the world and complete them, the faster you can level up your battle pass and earn the currency.
