Resident Evil Village Windmill Chest Guide: How To Unlock

Resident Evil Village Windmill Chest

Resident Evil has its share of hidden treasures and chests. One of those is the chest that you can find under the windmill at Moreau’s Reservoir. This Resident Evil Village guide will include all the details on how to unlock the chest under the windmill.

How To Unlock Chest Under Windmill In Resident Evil Village

As you progress through the story, you will come across Moreau’s Reservoir. However, you can not access the chest right now so, you will have to move forward. The next time you come to the area you will have to drain the reservoir and defeat the boss, Moreau. Unfortunately, there is no power, so you can not drain the reservoir yet.

Make your way to the windmill and turn the lever. The lever will break, and you will have to go down the windmill across the metal plank onto the roof of a house. Shoot the obstacle and move along the path to the next windmill. Acquire the crank from the underwater ship. Use it to get from one windmill to the other.

Once you are back to the first windmill, use the crank here as well. Then go back to the other windmill and use the crank there. This will allow the power to come back on. Go back to the lever and drain the water. Once the water is drained, fight Moreau. After defeating it, make your way back to the boat, where you can find the chest with the Silver Angel Statue.

This is how you can access the chest under the windmill in Resident Evil Village. If you are interested in learning more then you can check out our guide on how you can get Maestro’s Collection Treasure. You can also check out our guide on how you can get the treasure in the riverbank house.

I love supporting my team in the workspace and in Summoner's Rift. Unleashing Haymaker Grit as Sett, jumping from wall to wall as Lucio or giving shot calls as a tank in Ahn'Qiraj, supporting is what I do. I love the Soulsborne series and enjoy a good multiplayer.
