Go to the Kett facility which is located at the southernmost monolith. Look for the autopsy room on the northern side of the complex. The body that you are looking for is on one of the tables. You can check out the image below for an exact location:

Central monolith: Amira S. Pavlov

For this body, you need to search the gully east of the lower Resilience site. You can check out the image below for an exact location of the body:

Go to the second Eos settlement ruin and go down to the lower level. You can find the body in the area that has Kett mobile cover barriers. The body is bugged so you can see the location below but not the body as it disappears once you scan it.

Promise: Theo J. Harwell

For this one, you need to visit the Eos settlement ruin called Promise. Here you can search behind the buildings near the circular structure to find the body. You can find the body in the location below:

If you forget which ones you have scanned then you can go back to the bodies in the Naming The Dead quest and scan them again. This does not apply to the Turian in Resilience because the body vanishes. Then again, if you do not see the body then you have scanned it already.
