There are multiple ways in which you can get more Karma in Kena: Bridge Of Spirits. The following are the different ways in which you can get it:

Completing Challenges

From time to time, you will come across optional challenges in Kena: Bridge of Spirits. You can complete these challenges in order to get numerous amounts of Karma. 

Cursed Chests

Completing Cursed Chests challenges is going to reward you will Karma. You can earn two or more from each.

Defeating Enemies

Enemies can reward you with Karma. Unfortunately, not every enemy is going to drop Karma. You can earn 1 or 2 Karma by defeating enemies. 

Feeding Fruit To Rot

You can feed Rot in order to gain Karma each time. Smaller fruit can get you 1 or 2 Karma while larger fruits can get you up to 5 Karma.

Fallen Statues

As you explore the world, you will find fallen Owl and Cat statues. These can be used to get a small amount of Karma.

Memories

You can find these, which is pretty easy to do as they are part of the story. Watch them to get Karma. You usually get 40.

Flower Shrines

These are collectibles that need to be cleansed. Once you do that, you get a large amount of Karma and Gems. Every time you cleanse a shrine you get 40+ Karma.
