All of these have durability, which degrades over time as you play the game. The armor has the best durability out of these but still degrades. You will get new gear or can craft better equipment for yourself. However, repairing the gear is also an option and one that saves resources. You can repair your weapons and armor at the repair bench on the lower right side of the camp. Interact with it to see all the gear you can repair. Only damaged equipment will show up in this inventory. Repairing weapons and armor does not take any resources from you. It only requires a small bundle of your souls. This way, you can save the resources for crafting and upgrades for the village.

If you have high-tier equipment with low durability, then that will cost you quite some soul. However, you will most likely get high-tier equipment later on in the game. This means that you will already have a lot of souls and have ways to farming souls faster.
