To acquire the Memento Lens, you will need to go to Konda Village and acquire the A Strange Story in Konda quest. Complete the quest to acquire another quest called Scared Sakura Cleansing Ritual. This is a long quest and has multiple objectives. First, you will need to go on a treasure hunt around Konda Village. After you complete this objective, you will reveal an old secret and will have to explore a well. Here you will have to break down a magic barrier.
After the barrier part is done, you will need to explore the shrine. For this, you will need to climb to the top of the mountain to find a temple. An NPC resides here who will give you the Memento Lens. You will need to save this item as you will need it in a quest later on.
The Mysterious Memento Lens is going to allow you to see different things in the world that are not visible to the naked eye. It is also going to allow you to explore new areas of Inazuma that you cannot go to without the item.
