How To Collect Mail In Borderlands 3
The new mail message appears in the upper left corner of this screen. You will often see this when you use a specific weapons manufacturer a lot or complete crew challenges. In order to check your mail and get the items inside it, you need to head over to the pause menu.
Here you have to select the social tab. Note that you will have to do this while playing the game as this option is not available on the main menu when you launch the game. You will find the mail tab in the social menu. You will see the text messages and the rewards packages in the mail tab. You will need to accept the reward in order to get it in your inventory.
If your inventory is full then you cannot collect the rewards from your mail. You will first need to make some room in your inventory and try again. If you do have space in your inventory then the rewards will be added to it.
