Borderlands 3 Pandora Side Quests

The following are all the side quests that you can do on Pandora and how you can complete them all in Borderlands 3.

Powerful Connections

You can start the mission by getting to the exclamation point at the Drought’s region. From there go after the yellow wire for finding the fuse box that is damaged. There you will get 2 objectives, Skag Spine and Human spine. However, the human spine is an optional objective.

Once you reach the marked area, you will get skag spines if you attack Skags. Find the quest item, after you are done with the battle. Be careful, some of the enemies might be badass variants. By attacking the bandits’ camps marked on the map, you will get a Human Spine. There, you can look for the items dropped by the enemies.

Return to the fuse box, once completed the additional goal, try to first install the human spine after that the Skag spine can be installed.

You can unlock Marcus’s stash only after you have completed the additional objective. Collect the loot by jumping into the bunker that is underground. The ability to use a vending machine that sells weapons is the universal reward other than the XP, Marcus’s cosmetic items, and credits.

Bad Reception

Talk to the Claptrap by getting to the exclamation mark in the region of The Droughts.

It will ask you to collect five items for replacing its lost antennas. You can visit the areas marked on the map on The Droughts in the order of your choice.

Get rid of the hatch that is leading to the underground location in Old Laundry. Crouch by pressing the button while in the air, by making a short jump. Look for a wire hanger in the laundry, once you hit the hatch hit.

Look around, you will be able to see where you can jump once you are up at the Satellite tower. You will find an antenna on one of the upper shelves.

Talk to Sid’s fanatic once you are at Sid’ Stop. Here, three satellite dishes have to be destroyed. Zoom in on the map, you will be able to see two satellite dishes marked a little far away. Aim at them or use your weapons with scope. Take the Tinfoil hat after talking to Sid and killing him.

You will come across another problem once you are in Spark’s Cave – an electric trap.

Hope that the shock will not kill you while you are running through it. But there is a better idea, shoot the shield for getting rid of the discharges. Take the Sporkquest item from the body of the fanatic.

Tink Sentry can be found in the Old Shack. When you walk up to the doors of the cabin, they will close. The simple solution for this is to crouch button and start sprinting in order to slide. This is how you can get in the hut before the gates are closed. Collect the umbrella by killing the Badass Tink.

You will get XP and credit once you get back to Claptrap with all the items you have collected. He will choose the 5 different items he wants to use for his antenna, once you start talking to him.

Dump on Dumptruck:

In The Droughts region, go to the exclamation point (notice the board).

Get to the Bloodbucket’s Chapel where the bandits’ leader – The Holy Dumptruck is. To start, you need to get rid of the regular fanatics. From one of the rooms above, a mini-boss will appear while it is hiding behind a shield. Wait for your enemies to turn, so that you can shoot them in their asses for scoring an extra mission target. You can also attack the mini-boss when he is not hiding behind the shield anymore.

Get closer to the trapdoor once you have killed the mini-boss. Here, a puzzle needs to be solved that involves the fuse box. Stop where it was cut by following the yellow cable.

Shoot the large shield using any weapon by looking up. It will start the water flow. Hit the smaller shield now, it will allow the power supply to restore.

Because of the power flowing into the fuse box, the secret door will open and you can return to it. To find yourself in The Holy Dumptruck’s hideout, jump into the shaft. You get credits, XP and Buttplug weapons which are very rare (if optional objectives are completed) once you complete the mission. Loot the chest bigger in size to find random gear. For unlocking the exit from the hideout, press the big green button.

Golden Calves:

After completing the From the Ground Up main mission, get to the exclamation point in the region of The Droughts. It is a statue in the base where Lilith and Vaughn are.

This quest is associated with the region of Ascension Bluff. For this, being at 8th or higher level is important. Getting to the three posters that are marked on the map is the first part of the mission. Tear them all down. They are available in an area where bandits are, so be careful and expect trouble.

The other goal of this quest is to go and put the posters in a place where there is a 3D printer and after you have done that, you have to check the printed statues.

Golden Calves

The final task is destroying the 3 COV statues and replacing them with the 3 statues of Vaughn. You will be shown 3 areas on the map, you don’t have to explore all of them. You can choose any of those 3. With a melee attack, destroy the old statues. After this, return in The Droughts to Vaughn. Once done, you will get credits, XP, and a rare shield.

Under Taker:

In The Droughts Region, go to the exclamation point (notice the board).

The objective in this quest is to deal with Under Taker. As long as you do not reach at level 7-8, wait with this quest. There is an enemy camp which is close to the Ascension Bluff’s entrance, visit that camp.

Start with the attacks on the ordinary fanatics and psychos. Being a little stronger opponent, Under Taker can deal with a lot of damage, especially if the distance is short. You can complete the quest by killing it and will get credits, XP, and a rare shotgun.

Skag Dog Days:

In The Droughts Region, go to the exclamation mark (the notice board near the Highway fast travel point).

Getting items for Chef Frank is the objective of this quest. Go to the place where the weapon Big Succ is. Get to the small hill, there you need to sprint and jump over the chasm. This is going to help you to get to the location where there is Big Succ assault rifle.

You need to be at least on level 7 for Big Succ. Go over this mission later, if you are on a lower level. Put the Big Succ rifle in the active weapon slots after fulfilling the requirements.

Once you get to the specified area, you will come across Cacti. There is a grenade launcher once you switch to the Big Succ’s alternate fire mode. Collect Cactus Fruit by firing at Cacti with the grenade launcher. Collecting all 5 of them is important.

The second objective of this quest is to collect 5 Succulent Skag Meat. Pick up the quest items by killing the skags marked in the areas on the map. You have to collect a total of 5 meat pieces.

Killing the Succulent Alpha Skag is the third part of this mission. The creature will be hidden in a cave which will also be marked. This skag is a little more durable as compared to others.

Shooting from distance and avoiding the leaps is going to be a great option. Kill it and take the Succulent Alpha Skag Meat.

By getting to a new place, you will come across three new mini-bosses namely Mincemeat, Trufflemunch and Buttmunch. These enemies are slightly stronger and are at levels 6-8. It is recommended to get rid of them one at a time by attacking them from afar. Pick the succulent flavored meat after that.

The mission will be completed once Chef Frank gets all the ingredients you have collected. Place the items to the specified box. You will get credits and XP as a reward for completing this quest.

Head Case:

After defeating the Mouthpiece boss during the Cult Following the main quest, get to the exclamation point in the region of the Ascension Bluff.

Talk to the head that is inside the jar and carry it along. When you were going to the Holy Broadcast Center, you went through a location, take it there. Turn on the VR simulation putting the head in the marked spot while using the computer.

The game will use a screen filter during the simulation. This won’t affect your gameplay.

Now, return to the Holy Broadcast Center. See the additional objective which is about finding 4 Memory Fragments. All these will be specified on the map, so you won’t have to specifically look for each of them. Every Vic’s ECHO Log is going to be in a small container.

On your way back to the Holy Broadcast Center, you will come across enemies. Eliminate all of them including the different variants of the badasses. Get to Vic and start having a conversation once all records are collected.

You must kill the Interrogator – a mini-boss. It will have a yellow armor bar, so use the correct weapon. Its attacks from a short distance damage the most, so try and maintain your distance from it. Once the fight is over, get back to the computer for turning the VR simulation off. Converse with Vic. You will get credits, a sniper rifle if only you complete the optional objectives and XP.
