You get to face these bosses as part of the Rumble in the Jungle side quest. Both are fairly large beasts so you should know what you are getting into before taking them on. While you encounter these bosses in the Terradome, keep in mind that you are not restricted to this area. The entrance of the Terradome is going to remain open so you can step out if needed.
Stepping out of the Terradome will allow you to take a break from the fight and it will also allow you to deal damage from a distance. It is worth mentioning that Queen iOsaur and King Bobo are not only fighting against you but they are also going to be fighting against one another. This means that you can step out and let the two bosses weaken each other. You can then head back in and go for the kill. This is one of the easy ways of taking out the bosses if you are not interested in putting a lot of effort into the encounter and doing the dirty work.
An important tip that we can give you is that you should take on the bosses one at a time. Defeat one before taking on the other. You can take on and beat Queen iOsaur and King Bobo in any order that you want. Queen iOsaur is the one that looks like a T-Rex. She can shoot projectiles at you and can also spit acid. You can avoid these attacks by running towards the side and stepping out of the way. Queen iOsaur only has a single red health bar so taking her out is not as difficult as other enemies that you encounter in the game.
King Bobo also has the acid attack but he is going to jump and attack from a distance. He is also going to hit the ground from time to time and create shockwaves. Avoiding these attacks is simple. All that you need to do is jump to the sides and get out of the area of the attack.
King Bobo is a bit harder to beat as he has a yellow bar and a red health bar. This is why we recommend that you deal with Queen iOsaur first in this Borderlands 3 boss encounter. If you are downed by any of these bosses then you need not worry. Just kill one of the Squire Jabbers in the area and you will get back up and return to the fight.
