Destiny 2 Override Seasonal Activity Guide: How To Complete

Destiny 2 Override

Override is a new addition to the Season of the Splicer in Destiny 2. Override is a six-player mode and is the current seasonal activity. Your main objective is to take down the Vex network. This Destiny 2 guide will include all the details on what the new Override seasonal activity is and how to complete it during Season of the Splicer.

Override and Completing this Activity in Destiny 2

There are various locations for Override, and you will have to complete tasks to complete the activity. The following is how to do the Europa-based one.

Taking Care of Vex

Defeating the waves of Vex is your priority. There is a chance that they can drop Data Motes. These are pink items that you can deposit in a repository. Your progress bar will increase a little every time you pick up a Data Mote. Upon defeating more and more enemies at a certain point, you will face the Champion. Slaying the Champion will earn you a Data Spike. This increases your progress bar by a huge gap.

Hacking the Network

As your progress through the enemy-filled areas, your progress bar will be filled. You will soon notice glowing boxes all around the repository. Shooting them all will create platforms. One of the players must now climb up the platforms and hack the network. You will have to this a couple of times, and soon a pathway will open to the boss.

Vex Boss

Upon entering the arena, you will have to fight a large Wyvern. The fight is not that hard, and you can defeat the boss relatively quickly. This will drop the Data Spike as well. You will also get a special chest with your Splicer Gauntlet.

This is how you can complete the new Override activity in Destiny 2 the Season of the Splicer. You can also check out our guide on getting Synthcord and Synthstrand.

I love supporting my team in the workspace and in Summoner's Rift. Unleashing Haymaker Grit as Sett, jumping from wall to wall as Lucio or giving shot calls as a tank in Ahn'Qiraj, supporting is what I do. I love the Soulsborne series and enjoy a good multiplayer.
