DDLC Plus Side Stories Guide: How To Unlock

DDLC Plus Side Stories

DDLC Plus is now available on consoles and PC and brings new content to the game. On top of the game’s main story, developers have added new side stories into the game. These side stories are not available early on in the game. You will have to unlock them to access them later on in the game. This DDLC Plus guide will include all the details on how you can unlock all the side stories in the game.

How to Unlock All Side Stories in DDLC Plus

There are a total of eight side stories in the game. They are the additional content in the Plus version, which shows how the club formed under Monika. All of the side stories take place in a time before the main events of the game. The side stories are basically narrations or cutscenes. You will have no control during the scenes, cannot perform any action, and do not have any choices.

To unlock these stories, you will have to write poems to everyone in the Club except Monika. In your first playthrough, focus on one character throughout and write poems to her, for example, to Yuri. Then you can do another playthrough and write poems to Natsuki and another to write to Sayori. After these playthroughs, you will have Part 1 of all the side stories. After watching the complete Part 1, you will unlock Part 2 and so on.

Make sure you watch all the parts in chronological order, so you don’t confuse anything up. If you are confused, this is the right order, Trust, Understanding, Respect, Balance, Reflection, and Self-Love. After watching all these, you will unlock the very last side story, Equals.
