How To Romance Estrid In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

The gender of your character is not going to matter for this romance option. So you can romance Estrid whether you play as a male character or a female one. Estrid happens to be the wife of the ruler of Essexe Birstan. You will first encounter her at the start of the Essexe region storyline. You will find her in Colcestre town.

You will soon learn that she is not happily married and was forced into marriage. The ruler of Essexe does not care much for her and is on expeditions for most of his time. Which gives you the opportunity to romance his wife if you choose to do that.

During the questline (mission called Taken), you will be tasked to kidnap Estrid with her permission. You do this to help her return to her homeland and escape Anglia. Once you have done the fake kidnapping you will have the option to romance Estrid. She will call you to talk to her in private. If you agree then you will meet Birstan during the main mission Twists and Turns.

You will find Estrid sitting on a blanket in a camp next to the big tree. Start the conversation and you will learn that Estrid likes you. You can then select the dialogue option with the heart and arrow icon. You will then sleep with her. This is only going to be a one night stand and not a long-term relationship.

This is how you can romance Estrid in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. If you are interested in learning more about the game then you can check out our guide on how you can romance Petra.
