Square Enix had announced that Shadow of the Tomb Raider will get a new DLC, named The Pillar on December 18th, 2018.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider The Pillar DLC was the second in a series of seven included in the game’s Season Pass.

“If you hadn’t bought the Shadow of the Tomb Raider Season Pass, but want to play this DLC, then you might have wanted to keep an eye on Amazon, as the Season Pass is usually on offer. We had seen its price go down to $20 last month.

On the other hand, if you already have the Season Pass for the Shadow of the Tomb Raider; you needed to log in on December 18, 2018, to “discover the truth behind the legend of the Maya apocalypse”.

As you might have known, Shadow of the Tomb Raider Season Pass includes seven so-called “Paths”. Each Path released by Square Enix and Eidos Montreal came with new missions, a new Challenge Tomb, new weapons, outfits and even a new skill for Lara.

Path of the Huracan DLC

The Pillar DLC unlocked the Path of the Huracan. According to Square Enix, it allowed you to discover what led to the destruction of the Mayans.

If you’re a Tomb Raider fan, buying the game’s Season Pass is definitely a must; because five additional Paths would follow the second DLC.

Assuming you didn’t have the chance to play the latest Tomb Raider video game, you could have accessed a free trial on the game’s official website.

The Shadow of the Tomb Raider free trial was available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It gave you access to the first levels of the game; however, your progress carries over if you decide to buy the full game.
