You will meet Randvi early on in the game and you will learn that her marriage was arranged and she does not really have deep feelings for her husband. How To Romance Randvi In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
Your gender is not going to matter when it comes to romancing Randvi. You can do it whether you pick a male character or a female one. You can start the romance by starting the Taken for Granted side mission. During the mission ask Randvi how she is doing.
To do this you need to form three alliances and complete the main quest line of the Grantebridgescire region. In order to do that you need to complete the missions related to Soma and finding the traitor between her ranks.
During the quest, you will spend some time with Randvi and there will be a couple of things that you will need to do. You will first need to get to Grantebridge settlement with her. You can do this by swimming or riding there on a horse.
Once there, you will meet Magnim and will have to take out a couple of bandits. After you do that Randvi will ask you to compete with her in a drinking game. You should take part in the competition. The two of you are then going to visit Sunken Tower. You can get to the top where you two will get talking. A cutscene is going to start and Randvi is going to start kissing you. You can select the dialogue with the heart icon to tell Randvi that you have feelings for her.
You will then spend the night with her. When you wake up she is not going to be there and you will be free to explore the area. After this interaction, you can see her in the main building of the settlement and you will have options to kiss her, sleep with her, or break up with her. Note that you do not need to break up with her in order to start another romance.
