Minerva is one of the latest NPCs added to the game in the Steel Reign update. She is a Gold Bullion vendor that sells recipes and plans to you in exchange for Gold Bullion. Where to find Minerva in Fallout 76
Minerva is usually in one of three different locations. Like every other vendor, she rotates these locations depending on the server. If you do not find her in the location, then you can check the other areas. The same goes for what she sells. The items in her inventory will also rotate depending on what day of the week you find her. Minerva appears during Minerva’s Emporium from Monday to Wednesday. She then appears Minerva’s Big Sale from Thursday to Monday. In this sale, you get a 25% discount on her items.
Minerva can appear in three locations which are Fort Atlas, Foundation, and The Crator. If you want to buy the best deals at a low price, you will have to visit her during her Big Sale. Some of the plans and recipes she sells are extremely useful to all players making her a valuable NPC vendor.
